**The opportunity**
You will engage with a wide variety of activities, working with different teams across the entire business.
Over time, you will have an opportunity to embed with each of our four tribes: technology, growth, culture, and finance. Examples of activities might include:
Devising data-driven experiments to improve a common process, such as trial-to-purchase conversion, to drive better customer experience and outcomes.
Reviewing the competitive landscape for a specific product area, to help us evolve our product strategy.
Engaging with customers to identify opportunities to improve our product UX, learning materials, and support activities.
Analyzing data from our recruitment processes to find opportunities to improve our efficiency and accuracy.
Devising effective communications that amplify the value of our products and services, and resonate with our ideal customers.
Working on hard people problems, such as helping new joiners to overcome impostor syndrome, or embedding an open feedback culture.
Analyzing our transactional and financial reporting processes to identify opportunities for more efficient automation.
