The Opportunity:
We seek a skilled Client Success Manager to drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention, and growth. As the primary client key contact for c.25 accounts, you will ensure clients see value from our partnership by working closely with our delivery team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Nurture and retain B2B client relationships, leveraging expertise in demand generation marketing.
- Performance Analysis: Review performance data, pipeline, and market benchmarking to build a case for client retention and growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our delivery team to ensure client success.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in managing B2B client relationships, demand generation marketing, and commercial roles.
- Data Savvy: Ability to identify trends and insights to tell a compelling story.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary up to £35k, plus bonus.
- Hybrid working in Manchester, with 3 days a week in office.
