Job Title: Account Growth Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Ryft. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months of experience as an Account Executive or similar, with a proven track record of success in B2B sales roles selling complex products with extended sales cycles (3 months+). You will be responsible for prospecting from a list of potential leads, identifying and qualifying new clients, and building relationships with decision-makers to secure Ryft as their preferred payment partner.
You will also analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions, communicate with C-suite executives, and support the commercial team in executing sales initiatives. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable approaching businesses to generate your own pipeline and have relative autonomy over achieving your sales targets.
**Responsibilities:**
- Prospect from a list of potential leads while identifying and qualifying new clients
- Build relationships with decision-makers, understand customer needs, deliver presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals
- Analyze client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Support the commercial team in executing sales initiatives
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 12 months of Account Executive experience or similar
- Experience in B2B sales roles selling complex products with extended sales cycles (3 months+)
- Experience in roles where pipeline generation was a requirement
- Experience prospecting, developing relationships, and negotiating deals to closure
**Salary:** Competitive salary based on experience (base + commission payments) - estimated £50,000 - £65,000 per annum
**Location:** Manchester, with option to work from home.
