About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor at NRS Healthcare. As a key member of our Community Service Centre in Berkshire, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Liaise with our Community Equipment Technicians to ensure seamless service delivery and coordination.
  • Assist with the arrangement of equipment deliveries and collections, ensuring that clients receive the support they need in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists and other stakeholders to ensure that our services meet the needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or social care setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
