About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Fortra. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within assigned geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned territories.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate sales agreements.
  • Account Management: Manage existing customer relationships, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and develop strategic plans to drive growth.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales experience in software or technology industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
