About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Fortra. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth within assigned geographic territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategy and Execution
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue within assigned territories.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Relationship Building and Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and other influencers.
    • Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Product and Service Expertise
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Fortra's software products and services.
    • Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to customers and prospects.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in software or technology industry.
    • Proven track record of sales success and achievement of sales targets.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
