Job Title: Assessment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Assessment Specialist to join our team at RiskSTOP Group Ltd. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent IT and keyboard skills, who can work effectively in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in online property searches and bespoke internal systems. They will be responsible for producing Desktop Rebuild Cost Assessment Reports for our clients, working closely with our Chartered Surveyor (RICS) team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Producing accurate and detailed reports
  • Utilizing online property searches and internal systems
  • Meeting targets and maintaining high levels of accuracy

The salary for this position is £26,510 per year, which includes 26 days' holiday, a pension scheme, home office equipment, and other benefits. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we would like to hear from you.
