We are a dynamic National Facilities Management company dedicated to supporting corporate office occupiers in delivering an exceptional workplace experience for their staff and customers.
Job SummaryAn experienced full-time Receptionist is sought to work 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm, at an annual salary of £31,247.00 in Central London.
Key Responsibilities- Handle calls efficiently and courteously for the client business.
- Ensure strict procedures are followed when attending to queries.
- Arrange transport facilities, including local travel arrangements and taxis.
- Maintain effective client relationships.
- Greet visitors in a friendly and personable manner.
- Proven experience working as a receptionist in a corporate office environment.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high service standards while managing multiple tasks.
- 33 days holiday per year, including Bank Holidays.
