About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Sous Chef to join our team at a 4-star hotel near Woking. As a key member of the kitchen team, you will support the Head Chef in creating menus and developing dishes in a beautiful hotel that hosts conferences, weddings, and events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef
  • Work with fresh, high-quality ingredients to create exceptional dishes
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the best possible products
  • Supervise all sections of the kitchen to maintain high standards of service
  • Cater to hotel events and functions with attention to detail and a passion for creative food

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Hotel Sous Chef in a similar environment
  • Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creative food
  • Organized with an eye for detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
