Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chefs in a busy high-volume kitchen environment
  • Manage production and food levels to ensure minimal wastage
  • Organize and support your team to ensure a smooth operation daily
  • Ensure tasks are allocated so teams are fully utilized
  • Produce food in line with recipe sheets and maintain full knowledge of all menu items served
  • Manage monthly stock counts and conduct brand standard audits
  • Support the effective delivery of special functions or events
  • Act as a trainer/coach for new team members to learn procedures and standards for all kitchen tasks
  • Assist in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans

Requirements:

  • Must have lived in the UK for 3+ years to pass security checks
  • Confident leader and able to lead by example
  • Previous experience managing a team in a busy high-volume kitchen environment
  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Security clearance and a DBS check is required

  • Competitive hourly rate of £14.31
  • Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
