Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive training using diverse methods including in-person workshops, virtual sessions, and blended learning approaches.
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to reinforce learning and promote professional growth.
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in skills and knowledge within our homes.
  • Promote a culture of lifelong learning and continuous professional development across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering training programs.
  • A training or teaching qualification such as PTTLS, and ideally a relevant Learning & Development qualification.
  • Experience in instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex schedules and travel requirements.
