Customer Service Advisor Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and resolving technical issues in a dynamic environment? We're seeking a skilled German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Likewize.

We're a global company dedicated to resolving over 250 million tech problems each year. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be supporting and providing outstanding customer service over the phone to both our customers and field technicians across Germany.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Answering inbound and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments/problem resolution
  • Handling and recording complaints
  • Managing the 'Live Chat'
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Ensuring customer SLAs are met
  • Respecting information security policies and procedures

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and achieve monthly targets and KPIs
  • Fluency in both English and German
