About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused German speaking Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Likewize. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers and field technicians across Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound and outbound calls to customers and technicians regarding appointments and problem resolution
  • Handling and recording customer complaints
  • Responding to and managing live chat interactions
  • Responding to customer reviews
  • Ensuring customer service level agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Respecting customer data and information by following Likewize's data protection and information security policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Fluency in both English and German
