Senior Residential Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at Holistic Support Services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead by example and take point on shift
* Delegating duties fairly amongst staff
* Training up new members of staff
* Participating in on-call rota and taking out-of-hours calls when required
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans are completed and up to date
* Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met
* Working in partnership with the Deputy Manager
* Assisting with supervisions and appraisals
