Job Title: Senior Residential Care Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Residential Care Manager to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a Senior Residential Care Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of care staff and provide guidance and support as needed
- Ensure the highest standards of care are maintained for our residents
- Participate in on-call rota and take out-of-hours calls when required
- Assist with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met
- Work in partnership with the Deputy Manager
- Assist with supervisions and appraisals
Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Children's Residential
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
