Oxford Instruments is looking for a highly ambitious and results-driven Head of EMEA Sales Operations to lead our sales efforts in the region. This exciting opportunity will see you working with customers at the cutting edge of research in both academic and commercial settings.

As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share. With a strong understanding of technical information and excellent communication skills, you will build relationships with customers and stakeholders to take our sales to the next level.

This role offers a competitive estimated salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your ongoing career development, including flexible working hours and private healthcare.

Key responsibilities include working with our experienced team of Territory Sales Managers to develop and execute a sales plan, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
