EMEA Sales Development Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven EMEA Sales Development Lead to join our team at Oxford Instruments. In this exciting role, you will work with customers at the forefront of research in both academic and commercial settings, building relationships and driving sales growth.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and increases market share. With a strong understanding of technical information and excellent communication skills, you will take our sales to the next level by leveraging your ability to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
This role offers a competitive estimated salary of £70,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits that support your ongoing career development, including flexible working hours and private healthcare.
Key responsibilities include working with our experienced team of Territory Sales Managers to develop and execute a sales plan, identifying opportunities to increase sales and implementing strategies to achieve these goals.
