About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Practitioner to join our dynamic team at Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. As a key member of our Mental Health Response Vehicle (MHRV) team, you will play a vital role in providing urgent mental health triage and assessment services to individuals in crisis across Leicestershire, Leicester, and Rutland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental state examinations and assess patient safety and risk
  • Formulate safe and effective risk management plans and document clearly
  • Work autonomously with awareness of when to seek advice
  • Hold a sound working knowledge of common mental health disorders, the Mental Health Act, and Mental Capacity Act
