About the Role

As a Mental Health Practitioner, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing evidence-based care programs for individuals with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage risk, providing safe and effective care to individuals in crisis
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide expert psychological support and guidance to service users, families, and carers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring high standards of care and quality
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for development and implementing changes to improve services
