Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Clayton Hotel Bristol City. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including leading a team of staff and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and housekeeping departments.
  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations, including process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Deputy General Manager to achieve business objectives and implement company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure hotel performance.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff, guests, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve hotel operations.
