Join Our Team as a Hospitality Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Ambassador to join our team at.. Sloane. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and escorting them to their table with efficiency and finesse
  • Answering telephone calls, making reservations, and managing bookings
  • Liaising with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings
  • Coordinating with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests and menus

Requirements:

  • Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment
  • A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed
  • Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays
