Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome arriving guests to our stunning grade I listed building and provide a warm and friendly welcome
  • Assist guests with their reservations and provide recommendations for our restaurants and bars
  • Build rapport with guests and learn their names and preferences to provide personalized service
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of our restaurants, bars, and services
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including early mornings and evenings
