Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and courteous Hospital Ambassador to join our Front of House Team at London Bridge Hospital. This role will play a vital part in ensuring that all visitors to our site receive a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and greet patients, visitors, and consultants, providing them with relevant information and assistance.
  • Direct visitors to the correct areas of the hospital.
  • Handle telephone calls and respond to queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cover for reception duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star setting.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
