About the Role:

As a Hospitality Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, working closely with our experienced global team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain smooth service and adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Develop a good rapport with all staff and departments, maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to our grooming standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with menu knowledge and make recommendations to guests to enhance their dining experience.
