Job Title: Ambassador of Luxury Hospitality

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ambassador of Luxury Hospitality to join our team at.. Sloane. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests to the restaurant and escort them to their table with seamless efficiency, leaving a positive lasting impression.
  • Answer telephone calls, make reservations, and manage bookings in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Liaise with our Reservations and Front Office teams for bookings and coordinate with the Restaurant Manager and Executive Chef for special requests and menus.
  • Assist other colleagues throughout service and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Motivated, creative, and experienced in a similar role within a five-star hotel or fine dining environment.
  • A passion for food and quality products, a team player who is an avid learner, and wants to be challenged and developed.
  • Be flexible to work on weekends and holidays.
