Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team at our flagship multi-marque facility in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, providing a seamless and enjoyable sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for H.R. Owen, assisting the Sales Manager and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand and the line-up of vehicles offered.
- Nurture relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve commercial success.
- Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to adapt to multiple audiences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert knowledge to customers.
Requirements
- Previous customer service and administration experience, preferably within the motor industry.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt to multiple audiences.
- Ability to deliver high levels of customer service while maintaining a focus on commercial success.
- Basic knowledge of the luxury industry and the ability to recognize excellence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people.
