Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Sales Ambassador to join our team at our flagship multi-marque facility in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. As a Luxury Sales Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for all walk-in customers, providing a seamless and enjoyable sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as an ambassador for H.R. Owen, assisting the Sales Manager and providing exceptional customer service to all customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the brand and the line-up of vehicles offered, and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • Take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find innovative solutions to difficult problems.
  • Deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business.
  • Communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company, including sales teams, management, and customers.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service and administration experience, preferably within the motor industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of the luxury industry and the ability to recognise excellence.
  • Confident and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
