Job Summary

The Ned is seeking a skilled and charismatic Hospitality Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our concierge team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests to our iconic building, setting the tone for a memorable experience
  • Provide personalized service, learning guests' names and preferences to tailor their experience
  • Assist with reservations, recommend dining and drinking options, and make informed suggestions to enhance guests' visits
  • Work collaboratively with the concierge team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Adhere to high standards of hospitality, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a warm and engaging personality
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of our venues, menus, and services, with a passion for sharing this information with guests
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings and evenings
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on building rapport and trust with guests
