About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Night Ambassador to join our team at citizenM London. As a Night Ambassador, you will be the face of our hotel, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of amazing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring they feel at home during their stay
  • Assist guests with check-in, answer questions, and provide recommendations on local attractions and amenities
  • Clean, prepare, and serve hot and cold breakfast and meals to our guests
  • Brew delicious coffee and mix signature cocktails for our guests to enjoy
  • Act as a concierge, providing insider knowledge on the best places to visit, eat, shop, or party in the city
  • Maintain the living room and cleaning areas, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests
  • Handle guest requests and demands, providing solutions and exceeding expectations
  • Manage reservations and perform daily night audits, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Hold the keys to the castle, responsible for operations during night shifts
  • Provide exceptional service, including in emergency situations, to ensure our guests feel safe and supported
