We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Service Assistant at The J Marylebone London. Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Service: Provide timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Customer Service Experience: Have previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Teamwork: Be able to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and supportive attitude towards colleagues.
  • Computer Literacy: Have basic computer skills and a professional telephone voice.
