We are currently seeking highly motivated Support Practitioner Advocates to join our esteemed team in delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in empowering individuals with Autism, Dementia, Neurological Conditions, and Mental Health needs, ensuring they receive tailored support that meets their unique requirements.

To succeed as a Support Practitioner Advocate, you must possess essential skills such as empathy, respect, and honesty. A compassionate approach is crucial in fostering meaningful relationships with service users and their families.

Key responsibilities include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, planning for their future, and preventing social isolation. You will also contribute to creating a supportive environment that encourages independence and promotes overall well-being.

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of £24,000 - £25,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on your qualifications and experience. We also offer an attractive benefits package, including:
