Support Practitioner in Care Homes

As a Support Practitioner in Care Homes, you will be responsible for supporting our Registered Nurses in delivering high-quality care to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and make a real difference in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor resident wellbeing and identify any changes that may impact care plans.
- Assist with staff supervision and appraisals, ensuring compliance with external regulator guidelines.
- Support the Home Manager in preparing staff duty rotas and implementing business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience in a relevant care role and a Level 3 health and social care qualification.
- Up-to-date knowledge of essential learning and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Estimated Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum.
