As a Care Home Assistant Practitioner, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Registered Nurses, helping to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

You'll be responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, identifying training needs, and supporting the implementation of our training programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting staff supervisions and appraisals to ensure they meet external regulator guidelines
  • Acting as a focal point for contact with residents, their relatives, and visitors, as well as health and social care professionals
  • Supporting the Home Manager in implementing all policies, procedures, and business objectives

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience in a relevant care role and ability to evidence full competence
  • Qualifications in, or working towards, a level three health and social care qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and a caring approach

Salary: £26,500 - £31,500 per annum (dependent on experience). We offer a competitive salary, comprehensive training, and opportunities for career progression.
