Clinical Care Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Home Assistant Practitioner (CHAP) to join our Four Seasons Health Care team, working closely with Registered Nurses to ensure high-quality care for all residents.
As a CHAP, you will be responsible for:
- Clinical Support: assisting Registered Nurses in delivering exceptional medical and personal care to residents, consistently monitoring the standard of care being delivered.
- Resident Engagement: engaging with residents, promoting independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
- Staff Supervision: conducting staff supervisions and appraisals, ensuring colleagues meet external regulator guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Relevant Experience: experience in a relevant care role, with evidence of full competence.
- Qualifications: qualified in, or working towards, a level three health and social care qualification.
- Professional Development: committed to ongoing professional development and up-to-date with all personal essential learning.
