Youth Support Practitioner

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support the education and development of children in our programs.
Main Responsibilities- Support children in developing essential life skills, such as social skills, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving abilities.
- Participate in planning and evaluating activities to promote child growth and learning.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment by adhering to health and safety policies and maintaining equipment.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children.
- SSSC registration as a practitioner in the day care of children, via an appropriate qualification.
- Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Creative ability and specialist knowledge or interest to enhance child development, such as sports coaching, foreign language, or dressmaking.
The estimated salary for this position is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a competitive benefits package that includes opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a supportive work environment.
