**Job Title:** Project Worker for Neurodiverse Youth

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Project Worker for Neurodiverse Youth. As part of the Tailor Ed Foundation, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic children and their families in Edinburgh and East Lothian.

This is a rewarding opportunity for a confident practitioner with excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop and implement strategies that promote positive outcomes for autistic children and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and families, and possess the ability to build trusting relationships. A degree in a relevant field, such as child development or special education, is desirable but not essential.

As a Project Worker for Neurodiverse Youth, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting autistic children and their families through one-to-one sessions and group workshops
  • Collaborating with families to identify and address their needs
  • Providing training and guidance to parents and carers on strategies for supporting their child's development
  • Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, as well as the chance to make a real difference in the lives of autistic children and their families.
