Carr Gomm is a leading provider of support services for adults with mental health conditions, autism, physical disabilities, and learning disabilities.

We are currently recruiting for a Support Practitioner to join our team in the Midlothian area, providing person-centred support for individuals in their local communities.

As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to develop tailored support plans and promote social inclusion.

The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in working with vulnerable adults, be willing to learn and adapt to new situations, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The salary for this position is approximately £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, based on the national average salary range for similar roles.
