Compassionate Care Provider

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Prime Life. This role will be based at Mill House, in the heart of Fakenham, Norfolk, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
About the RoleThe Support Worker will provide respectful and dignified support to residents, encouraging them to achieve their highest possible quality of life. You will work with other professionals to develop individualized care and development plans, promoting resident independence and participation in daily activities.
Responsibilities- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with personal care, recreational activities, and daily tasks
- Promote resident independence in food preparation and meal times
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to deliver high-quality care
To succeed in this role, you should possess a genuine caring nature and a desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Although prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable, full training is provided for the right candidate.
BenefitsThis role offers a competitive hourly rate of £12.32 - £12.58, depending on qualification level, as well as opportunities for learning and progression. You will also receive fully funded DBS checks, comprehensive holiday pay, and a fantastic refer-a-friend scheme.
LocationThe role will be based at Mill House, Fakenham, Norfolk, offering great work-life balance with regular set shift patterns between 8am and 8pm across a 7-day working week.
