Care Worker Opportunity with Norfolk Care

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes.

As a Care Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting individuals with mobility and transfers
- Administering medication according to care plans
- Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
- Communicating effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a care home or home care setting (preferred)
- An ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
- Basic IT skills for documentation purposes
This role offers:
- A competitive hourly rate up to £10.50
- A flexible schedule with 15-40 hours per week

Please note that this is a full-time/part-time position with alternating weekends.
