Care and Support Practitioner

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Care and Support Practitioner to join our team at Cranmer House in Fakenham, West Norfolk.
This role involves supporting service users with daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity in line with their person-centred care plan.
About the Role:
- Support service users with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and household chores.
- Assist with personal care and support tasks, including bathing, dressing, and medication administration.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: £12.85 per hour (nights) + enhancements.
- 27 average hours per week + opportunity for additional hours.
