Care Support Professional

At Cera Care, we're transforming social care to enable more people to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time care assistants to support our clients at home in Fakenham and surrounding areas. To succeed in this role, you'll require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

The estimated salary for this position is £17.25 per hour (£23 on bank holidays). Our flexible approach offers shifts including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
  • Providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to our clients.
