Care Support Worker

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes as a Care Assistant. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with mobility and transfers
  • Administer medication according to care plans
  • Assist with meal preparation and feeding
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the well-being of individuals
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is preferred
  • Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately
  • Basic IT skills for documentation purposes

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
