Compassionate Care Worker

We're seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Fakenham and surrounding areas. As a Care Assistant, you'll be supporting us on our mission to transform social care and make a real difference in people's lives.
To thrive in this role, you'll require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated hourly rate of £17.25 (increasing to £23 on bank holidays).
You'll have the opportunity to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off for work-life balance.
About the Role:- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing and dressing, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks.
- Build meaningful relationships with our clients, providing companionship, reassurance and joy.
- Enhanced bank holiday rate of £17.25 (with £23 on Christmas & New Year)
- Holiday pay and pension scheme
