About the Role:
- Provide respectful and dignified support to residents with various needs, including mental health conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.
- Encourage residents to achieve their full potential and maintain independence in daily activities.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to develop individualized care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, recreational activities, and accompanying them outside the home.
- Support residents in participating in decisions related to their daily living arrangements.
- Promote resident independence in meal preparation and mealtimes.
