Care Support Professional

Estimated salary: £11.44 per hour in Norfolk NR21.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing person-centred care and support to individuals in their own homes or communal settings.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication administration, and meal preparation.
  • Encouraging individuals to maintain their independence and participate in activities that promote their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents to senior staff.
