Support Worker Role Overview

At Prime Life Limited, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our residents, ensuring they maintain their independence and dignity.

**Estimated Salary:** £12.32 - £12.58 per hour, depending on qualification level. A comprehensive holiday pay scheme and opportunities for career progression are also available.

This role is based at Mill House in Fakenham, Norfolk, where our specially designed home caters to the diverse needs of 31 residents with various age-related health conditions, physical disabilities, and mental health conditions. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans that promote resident independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide respectful and dignified support to residents, encouraging them to achieve their goals and aspirations.
* Assist residents with day-to-day activities, such as personal care, recreational activities, and accompaniment outside the home.
* Promote resident independence in food preparation and mealtimes, while ensuring their safety and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with other professionals to provide individualized care and development plans.

* Patience, understanding, and respect for the individual abilities and needs of our residents.
* Full training provided; prior experience as a Support Worker or Care Assistant is desirable but not essential.
