Contract Administration Manager

The successful candidate will work closely with the client's team to plan and coordinate construction projects, from tender preparation to project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Tender Preparation: Assist in reviewing tender documents, addressing queries with the Client's advisers, and coordinating contract documentation issues with the Commercial Director and Legal Representative.
  2. Project Delivery: Work collaboratively with the Estimating Team to develop method statements, logistics plans, programmes, and preliminary documents, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  3. Risk Assessment: Participate in risk meetings, addressing pricing and programme risks, and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-construction and tender planning.
  • Proficiency in ASTA programming software.
  • A good understanding of pre-construction processes, tender planning, and bid coordination.

The estimated annual salary for this role is £50,000, accompanied by a company car or allowance, standard pension scheme, and holiday entitlement.
