Job Brief

We are looking for a skilled Part Time Admissions Assistant to join our team at Essex County Council. As a key member of our admissions team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining accurate records, and processing enrolments in line with ESFA regulations.

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of IT, experience in data entry, and the ability to produce management information. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.

This is a part-time opportunity, offering 18 hours per week over various days and times. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately £11,356.49 (pro rata).

Accountabilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Ensure accurate and timely collection of customer information for course enrolment eligibility.
  • Maintain accurate records on the ACL MIS system, adhering to GDPR requirements.
