About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Learning Support Assistant to join our team as an Admissions Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adult learners and make a real difference in their lives.

As an Admissions Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to adult learners, as well as maintaining accurate electronic records and processing enrolments. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is up-to-date and secure, and that our customers receive the best possible service.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and has a keen eye for detail. If you have a proven track record of working in a customer-focused environment and possess excellent IT skills, we would love to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service to adult learners
* Maintain accurate electronic records and process enrolments
* Ensure timely collection and analysis of customer information
* Input data accurately and securely using our MIS system
* Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences

**Requirements:**
* Educated to level 2 (GCSE) in Business Administration or equivalent by experience
* Proven customer service and communication skills
* Good working knowledge of IT, including Microsoft packages
* Experience of accurate data input and management information production

* A competitive salary of £23,344 to £25,679 per annum, full-time equivalent

The estimated salary for this part-time role is approximately £11,356 per annum.
