ClassRoom Support is seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with special educational needs (SEN) and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments.">

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN, as well as providing one-on-one support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

In this role, you will work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our experienced team of educators to develop innovative strategies and approaches to meet the diverse needs of our students.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of students and is committed to delivering high-quality education.

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements:

  • A valid DBS certificate
  • Proven experience working with students with SEN
  • Relevant qualification around education or SEN is desirable
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
